Vital Foods, LLC was founded in March 2015 as a solid project with a clear and broad vision, backed by the experience and expertise in the poultry processing industry of its founders, who have over 50 years of experience. The company began operations firmly that same year. Although founded recently, Vital Foods, LLC has implemented high-quality controls and developed processes that have allowed it to obtain international certifications, adhering to food production standards, safety regulations, and working to protect the environment.
Our professional team includes Fidel Lomas, the owner, who has over 25 years of experience in the poultry industry with knowledge of every process from the very beginning, from live poultry to the final product. Our CEO/owner, Juan Carlos Lomas, has been in the poultry business for 15 years, with quality as his guiding principle.
Vital Foods is currently backed by certifications in Food Safety, HACCP, Food Defense, and Global Food Safety Standards Audits. Additionally, it has developed each area to achieve a balance with the environment, with a multidisciplinary team of experts and environmental engineers who oversee wastewater treatment and stormwater pollution prevention.
